Recruitment Logistics (Fall 2023)

Our recruitment schedule includes a mix of professional and social events. Attending mass meetings and public events before the Applications are due is highly recommended. The last five events will be invite only. Times and locations will be updated closer to Recruitment. All events this year will be held in person!

Fall 2023 Recruitment Schedule:

Festifall	Wednesday August 30th, Time TBD – DIAG Thursday August 31st, Time TBD – NORTH CAMPUS Festifall is on the Diag!! Visit the EH table to learn more about our fraternity.
Mass Interest Meetings Attendance strongly recommended	Tuesday September 5th, TIME/LOCATION TBD; Thursday September 6th, TIME/LOCATION TBD It is highly recommended that you attend at least one of the Mass Interest Meetings. This is a great opportunity to meet some current Epsilon Eta members and to learn more about Epsilon Eta and the recruitment process. Plan for the meeting to last an hour, but you can expect it to go for about 30 minutes.
Backyard Barbecue	Friday September 8th, 6:30-8:30PM – NICHOLS ARBORETUM TABLES BY THE RIVER Come on out for Epsilon Eta’s fun, casual, and vegetarian-friendly take on a backyard barbecue! Chat with some Epsilon Eta members over a black bean burger. Show up to the BBQ whenever you can and stick around for as long as you’d like! Safety is of course our top priority for all of our recruitment events. We will keep this in mind when preparing, cooking, and serving food.
